I'm jealous of all your shitting. I'm not gonna lie about it.
I watched on this show "you are what you eat" on the BBC channel, the main woman of the show was showing this lady trying to lose weight that if she goes into a crouching position, say, sitting on the couch and puts a stool up near her and her legs on it, that things are gonna leave her system. I wanna try it.
